If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Text Bypass (operated by Zoony Group).

2. Description of Service

AI Text Bypass provides AI text humanization services, including text rewriting, grammar correction, tone adjustment, and content optimization. The Service uses advanced AI technology to transform AI-generated text into natural, human-like content. We offer various subscription plans with different word limits and features to meet your needs.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Use a strong password and keep it secure

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Service offers various subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Ultra) with different word limits and features. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and will automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• No refunds for partial subscription periods after the 30-day window

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright and intellectual property laws)
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to generate harmful, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Text Bypass and Zoony Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the text content you submit. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Text Bypass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We do not guarantee that the humanized content will pass all detection systems or meet specific requirements.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Text Bypass, Zoony Group, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zoony Group operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
